what you think of this article re-think child support?
Most men think “child support” is the same as Ehegattenunterhalt.Ich must say, I think the courts use gender-neutral standards. The fact is that most men do not make the sacrifice to, for example, a lower-paying job that they can take more time for their children. . Women Best Answer (s):

“Most” men? I’m pretty sure that most men are not as ignorant.Ich think the article is presented observations about some situations, such as generalizations about all events and then calls these “myths” and debunk these “myths” with a reference to another situation that do not fit the generalizations and presents that as the Wahrheit.Die truth: There are situations over which all these “myths” are true and situations over which they do not wahr.Useless article.

I totally agree that men think child benefit is the same as spousal support. He’s my ex me half of what the law says he should, and he’s too late with this month as well. He takes for such things as the kids’ yearbooks and day care. I need him to court again, but it is time consuming. Meanwhile, his wife just went back to college at 43 (an expensive) and drives a Mercedes. It is a form of revenge for some men.

I’m not sure whether the comment that children are not on the button cost of rent / mortgatge, phone bill, gas bill was part of the article or a reader comment, but that’s not true. If you do not have children you could live in a smaller house, is to example. The idea that children do not suffer the standard of living after a divorce. too often this is the case.

Ok … Let’s try again. I have tried to answer earlier, but my internet took a dive … I agree with most parts of it … The part about paying less child support, … even to a small degree.’s parent company, the period of parental leave is extended still end up paying more to have the children in their home, as they do in child support because A) The food is additional B) It is with additional utilities [electricity, water, stove, gas, etc …]. Normally, the non-custodial parents do things ” funner “than the custodial parent, and the costs sometimes sind.Ich also agree with” keep out of the courts “, but hey … if the couple could decide what without striking each other not the best on the nerves, they would probably be divorced in the first place …

Where not to in the article, do such a thing?, the author is only their own Meinung.Frauen would be much better off when they themselves and their children 100% support on their own heads, and hard work. In this way they would not be included on any check which might be dependent not come in the mail. I could easily support 1-2 children out of me . How many women can say that?

In California and other states like it, support is based on access time, it is common to the mother the father to refuse access in order to get more. those states generate the most inquiries I get help to enforce Zugriffsrechte. Was fathers want custody to avoid paying child support, who just go to is to support the child? Only 7 of 1000 non-custodial mothers pay support, and a term of imprisonment father is just as likely to be ordered to

Child support is different, child support need dependent child to receive it. If the child is dead or 18 then it would stop., But actually women abuse alimony, the child away from his father as a “punishment” for some internal conflicts, nor the competence makes it easier for them by granting them the sole Sorgerecht.Die most countries today women award custody if the woman have to exist, the father’s wish is negligible, of course, but his wallet is still in most cases significantly, I think it is better to award the custody PRACTICALLY begin by gender-neutral reasons.
