question of bubbles : Weight loss after baby …?
I’m posting this again because no one “answered” my question really: I work really hard on my post-partum weight to lose. I only have about £ 12 from when I found out I was pregnant and now. I train every day (sometimes twice a day) I walk / run training 1 mile a day when my husband comes home and this is a routine video in the morning when I can. I am also watching what I eat. My menu is usually scrambled eggs with cheese on whole wheat toast for breakfast, a fiber granola bars with either yogurt, pudding or Jell-O and a protein shake for lunch / snack and a salad with cottage cheese and protein shake for dinner. I hear eating at 19.00, so that nothing “sitting” on me. I am determined that since about two weeks and move the scale isn’t. What else can I do. I know normally I would lose with this regimine. I am also breastfeeding so I feel comfortable enough that more nutrients and calories for breast milk have. I do not want a supplement that my baby could take damage thanks Best Answer.

sure you do not cut your carbs, low carb and this is just about 30 min cardio per day. that will help you.
