question of TryinToMakeLilMax : How much apple cider vinegar in the bathtub for a yeast infection .?
I’m allergic to the monistat, etc, so I saw home remedies and found that apple cider vinegar works very well. I have read to them in a warm to hot bath water and bathroom put with it. I bought Braggs organic raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar with “mother”. They say that works best. How much of the apple vinegar brings me to my bath water add best answer?

fill a bathtub with just enough warm not hot, water to create a hip bath (enough water to cover your bar, and only up to the stomach). 2 cups raw apple cider vinegar and sit in the bathtub with a knee folded against the body (not stretched flat). You can mix in this bath for 15 minutes stay. Gently pat dry and make sure you are very dry before all the clothes on. Wear only cotton underwear washed, preferably in natural unscented detergent.
