false allegation of sexual assault, what is going to happen?
a man and a women work together, he is 25, she is 18. He invites he to go swimming after work and she accepts, they hang out and flirt for a few hoursalot of the conversation was about the man buying a new house, and the girl owing alot of money, than go home only to get together later for a bonfire. He makes her a 1 drink. After hanging out and flirting for awhile he asks her if she would like to fool around, she says yes and they start to fool around. kissing and fondling.they attempt to have intercourse but ts just not working, its kinda akward and cant find a good position.he attempts anal but the girl say no not there, and he continues to try normally, she says stop, and he does stop. they are not any marks or anything on the girl. Turns out she is late to go home and her mother ” is going to kill her” both go home and go to work the next day. both wave at eachother next day but she goes home early and doesnt come back , her mother also works at the same place. the incident took place on a tuesday.. the man is contacted by the police on saturday. really unsure on what the girl will say has happened, man will testify to everything that is said here, there are 2 set court dates but have not happened yet. unsure if she just wants to file charges or to sue him.. possible jail time? probation?
Canada, drinking age is 19
does is seem somewhat apparent that she may be :
trying to get out of trouble with her mother.
trying to quit a job she hated.
trying to get money to pay back loans?
trying to hide an embaressing sexual encounter?
trying not to seem like “one of those girls”
will the lawyers/judge take any of this into consideration??

He said, she said case. No evidence? Stick to your story and stay strong. No proof, no conviction.

She was under aged for drinking and yet he provided her alcohol and then attempted to have sex with her. She could easily claim that because of the alcohol her judgment was impaired. If that is the case he could be charged with rape.

Everything really depends on the laws of the unnamed state.

Canada, drinking age is 19 – Welcome to US answers. If you are going to ask questions about the laws of other countries here it is best to add that to your question.

Could be, probably wont matter.

Not likely unless he can introduce evidence that shows that to be the case. The judge is not going to guess about motivation.

depending on laws of that state or country and what she has said. Looks like that man needs to find somneone his own age to pursue. ok now i see additional details
she was still underage for drinking which he provided. This girl is quickly becominbg a coc* teaser hanging with older guys and she knows how to handle it. Her mother and her could be having a scam going on. Let us see if they are willing to settle out of court. and make some needed money to pay her debts. GOOD LESSON TO ALL YOU BOYS AND MEN OUT THERE. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHO YOU DO YOUR NASTY WITH. Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy are you done with yuour question everytime i come back you provide more info. whatever
