Spouse does not provide any receits just a piece of paper that states what is due that was made by the spouse.

My ex tried to shaft me like that but I was smart and wrote her CHECKS and kept a written log of all payments and check #’s. She got her ass tore apart by the judge when I took her back to court over her lies pertaining to payments.

KEEP RECORDS AND WRITE CHECKS SO IT’S DOCUMENTED !!!!!

If you are paying the state for your child support you can get a statement from them. However if you are JUST giving her money then I would highly recommend that you stop immediately! You don’t have to pay child suport unless the courts says that you do! Another words: There has to be a court order for you to HAVE to pay child support! If she is JUSt asking you for money and you are paying her by what ever means then STOP!

Why don’t you make your payments through the state. I know a lot of folks don’t want the state involved but sometimes it protects you. I just see it as a way to have an audit trail. You should also be paying your ? spouse? or ex with a check and write in the memo area what it is for
