Does a plaintiff in a child support/”show cause” hearing appear when case is brought by county ? ( in NC)
Support was court ordered 04/2005 and being paid through Child support enforcement. Defendant moved and changed employers without notifying clerk of court and is delinquent by two months.

Call the Clerk of the Court and ask as it differs from court to court.

that person can be tracked through ssn# and state can attach wages. go to a ocial services office and find out how. ussually the state will do this for you! free!
the state that handles it is the state that it WAS AWARDED IN. not where the person moved!
