I assume that you think the T-Ball permit is a custody issue. Child custody is one of the important issues regarding the upbringing of the child, such as “school, religion, medical care and housing.” If you look at this list, but I do not see listed recreational activities as one of the issues that fall under the joint custody. I do not think the courts would every little decision classified as worthy as a custody count output. That would clog the court systems with bitter parents try to complain about any problem, however small ** Edit:. I’m not sure how bad his asthma. Some children may still sport and have an inhaler nearby just in case. What does his doctor think about it from two sports? Does he think it’s ok? If you talk about it with the doctor, and the doctor really thinks it’s a bad idea, you might say that this is an issue about his “medical care.”
